About This Spot

Stepping into Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant feels like settling into a familiar corner of Bristow where time slows just enough for you to savor the moment. The pace here is unhurried, the atmosphere comfortably lived-in and welcoming—a place where locals gather to enjoy hearty, home-style flavors without fuss or pretense.

Warm lighting and simple décor set the stage for a meal that’s as much about the company and conversation as it is about the food itself. There’s an honest energy in the air, a subtle hum of friendly exchanges, and the steady rhythm of dishes being prepared fresh, just as you ordered.

The menu reflects a genuine affection for traditional Mexican cooking, with each plate arriving as a generous, thoughtfully composed experience. Whether you’re drawn to the comforting layers of cheese enchiladas, the spirited heat of a pollo diabla, or the colorful bounty of fajitas sizzling with fresh peppers and spices, what shines through is a sincere attention to flavor and portion that leaves you satisfied but never rushed.

Chips and salsa offer a familiar welcome, setting the tone with a crunch and a touch of nuanced spice that hints at the care behind every recipe. The sauces—whether vibrant and tangy or slow-smoked and deep—invite you to explore the meal at your own pace, savoring the complexity of tastes that feel both rooted and approachable.

Los Arcos is the kind of place where you can expect clean, friendly service that respects your time but welcomes lingering, an easy atmosphere that strikes a balance between everyday simplicity and something a bit special. It’s a neighborhood spot where local pride and genuine hospitality create a quietly memorable experience.

Clean dining and friendly service. I had the Jalisco Special. You get a good sized portion that tastes pretty good with plenty of flavor and it sure seems to be freshly prepared. The chips and salsa were okay. If you like a crunchy chip you will enjoy them. The salsa actually has more than just tomatoes in it and has flavor.

I had the burrito loco which was carne asada and chicken with salsa verde and of course the complimentary chips. Everything was EXCELLENT. The red sauce that came with the chips was superb and the salsa verde (green sauce) on the burrito was the best I have ever had.

Very nice atmosphere, people were nice. The place was clean and The chips and salsa is really good needs more spice to it tho. But this away everyone can enjoy it. The food is delicious and we will return for excellent Mexican food

Their food is definitely something to go back to. I ordered the Jalisco and the different meats mixed together are mouth watering. If you order for pickup, it takes around 15 minutes. Food is fresh, hot and ready.

Cozy Mexican restaurant in Bristow. I went for lunch and ordered the fajita plate. It was pretty tasty, but the skillet was not hot so that was a little disappointing. Overall good though!

Comfortable & welcoming atmosphere and friendly people! Very accommodating to vegans and vegetarians. The server even offered us extra veggies! We were fortunate to find this small town gem. Great experience overall!
